2022 Year In Review

2022 was the 90th anniversary year for Marshall & Stevens Incorporated. Thank you, Earl Marshall and Robert Stevens, for giving us our start.

Deciding which assignments to represent our portfolio of services is always challenging, but here it is. The largest source of new work in 2022 was SPAC deSPAC Fairness Opinions. Other highlights include a greater diversity of Energy & Infrastructure and Healthcare projects, and a continuous flow of real estate and financial reporting valuation assignments. MS Capital (our investment bank) had its best year in 2022 and 2023 promises to be even better.
