Los Angeles Leadership
Mark Santarsiero, Principal, has been President and CEO for Marshall & Stevens since 2000. He joined in 1983 as Chief Financial Officer.
Ralph Consola, Principal and Executive Managing Director, leads the national Business Development practice. He joined Marshall & Stevens in 1999.
Darleen Armour, ASA, Managing Director, leads the National Technical Standards Committee and the West Region of the Financial Valuation practice. She has specialized experience in the valuation of entertainment and media enterprises and intangible assets. Darleen joined Marshall & Stevens in 2015.
Jordan Santarsiero, Vice President, leads our national investment banking efforts, MS Capital. He is licensed as a FINRA Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63 – unregistered) and an Investment Banking Representative (Series 79 – unregistered). Jordan joined Marshall & Stevens in 2017.
Gino Alosco, Director, leads real estate valuation assignments for financing, financial reporting, and estate and gift tax reporting. He is licensed in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, New York, and Utah. Gino joined Marshall & Stevens in 2015.
Amber Gould, Chief Human Resources Officer, leads the Human Resources department. She joined Marshall & Stevens in 2024. Amber also serves as an adjunct instructor at UC Irvine and holds a law degree from UC Berkeley.
Chris Monjoy, Chief Financial Officer, joined Marshall & Stevens in 2023. He has over 20 years of diverse financial experience at both public and private companies.
Danielle D’Andrea, Associate, Business Development, works with clients and their trusted advisors to provide valuation solutions. She joined Marshall & Stevens in 2024.

The Financial Valuation team focuses on valuations relative to mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, estate and gift tax reporting, disputes, management and succession planning. Our Energy & Infrastructure team produces valuations for project finance, recapitalization, repowering (“80/20”), and financial reporting. The Real Estate practice provides analyses for financing, insurance, financial reporting, and tax reporting.
