Marshall & Stevens was called upon by outside counsel to the sellers to provide our independent opinion of value of their investment in a large portfolio of subsidized housing properties and the related management entity.
Our in-house Real Estate and Financial Valuation practices often work together on assignments where both technical specialties are required. Working with clients to help them understand the value of a portfolio they built from scratch is something we enjoy.
