Background

Steven A. Susel is a Managing Director of MS Capital, a subsidiary of Marshall & Stevens Incorporated. He is responsible for business development, relationship management, and transaction execution.

Mr. Susel has been involved in investment banking since 1993.  He specializes in evaluating and working with privately held companies and their management teams to achieve their corporate and personal objectives.

His experience in the merger & acquisition, venture capital, public market, and ESOP areas resulted in extensive experience working with private companies to create liquidity and growth strategies. He is responsible for several long term national relationships for MS Capital.

Mr. Susel earned a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Case Western Reserve University and a Master’s in Business Administration from American University.
