John Geraghty has been promoted to Managing Director, Structured Finance, for Marshall & Stevens. John joined Marshall & Stevens just three years ago, but his impact on our firm and our clients was felt immediately.
John was structuring and negotiating large-scale multi-party project financings for quite a while before he joined Marshall & Stevens. He was most recently at Strata Solar and at Vanguard Energy, but his renewable energy career started at AT&T Capital, where he executed his first solar project financing back in 1989, SEGS VIII. At the time, SEGS VIII was the largest solar electric generation system constructed to date.
