Kohl Brinkman

Kohl Brinkman is a private equity focused business development leader with more than a decade of experience supporting investors and their portfolio companies across M&A advisory, valuation, and transaction services. Most recently as Head of Business Development at Exbo Group, he led go-to-market strategy and strengthened relationships with private equity sponsors and founders in support of their growth and transaction goals. Previously, as Director of Private Equity Business Development at Stout, he helped establish and scale the firm’s private equity coverage model in New York, partnering closely with deal teams and service line leaders to deliver integrated solutions across the investment lifecycle. Kohl is known for his collaborative, relationship-driven approach and his ability to assemble cross-functional teams to solve complex financial and operational challenges.
