With 20 years of experience at a Fortune 500 company, Ms. Bulls has a proven track record of optimizing business processes, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of innovation. She combines a strategic vision with a hands-on approach, consistently delivering results that drive sustainable growth and profitability for the company and its clients.

Prior to joining Marshall & Stevens, Ms. Bulls held key leadership positions at KitchenAid/Whirlpool Corp, where she played a pivotal role as a National Account Manager. Ms. Bulls is known for her exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and her ability to develop innovative marketing and financial analytics to maximize profitability.

Ms. Bulls is deeply committed to continuous improvement and thrives on tackling complex challenges. She is dedicated to developing and nurturing high-performance teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, and establishing processes that maximize efficiency.

Ms. Bulls holds a BA from Texas A&M University, and a 25+ year member of TREC. She remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. She is passionate about hands-on community and philanthropic involvement and has served on numerous non-profit boards in Southlake and the greater DFW metroplex.
