Diane Cabo

Ms. Cabo brings twenty years of experience originating and executing middle market M&A transactions. At Marshall & Stevens, she leads critical deal processes from initial evaluation through closing, delivering disciplined execution and strategic guidance that helps clients maximize value in complex transactions.

Prior to joining Marshall & Stevens, Ms. Cabo spent more than ten years as a Managing Director at CriticalPoint, where she originated and executed M&A transactions and advised business owners through complex strategic and financial decisions across consumer, business services, industrial, manufacturing/distribution and healthcare services. Earlier in her career, Ms. Cabo held investment banking roles at Greif & Co. and WestPark Capital, where she executed sell side M&A engagements for middle-market companies. Ms. Cabo began her career as Director of Operations for a Boston based hedge fund.

Ms. Cabo earned her B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business, and holds Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.
