Mr. Kramer joined Acuity Advisors in 1995. His clients and referral partners rely on him and his team for ESOP transactions, mergers and acquisitions, valuation opinions for ownership transfers, and more.
Across numerous industries and complex capital structures, Mr. Kramer has rendered opinions in matters involving common and preferred stock, various debt securities, intangible assets of all types, the fairness of certain transactions, and the value of a wide variety of non-traditional types of assets.
As an investment banker, Mr. Kramer has sold companies to strategic buyers, private equity funds, management teams, employees, and family members.
