Mr. Lidia is a Senior Associate, with nine years of experience providing management consulting services. He joined Marshall & Stevens in 2025 with the acquisition of D.R. Payne & Associates. Mr. Lidia also provides operational assessment services for selected appraisal assignments for Business Valuators & Appraisers, L.L.C., an affiliate firm. The firms maintain its principal office in Oklahoma City and serves clients throughout the Southwest.
Mr. Lidia is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma (BBA in Accounting 2017), and also completed continuing education at the University of Central Oklahoma.
Mr. Lidia holds the titles of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). While employed with D. R. Payne & Associates, Inc., Mr. Lidia has assisted in various types of business valuation, accounting, and litigation support matters.
