Mr. Gruenes is a Manager within the Real Estate Valuation Group of Marshall & Stevens. He has over 7 years of experience in the real estate business, with valuation experience of national and international properties across various uses including residential, commercial, industrial, land, and special purpose, among others.

Mr. Gruenes is based out of Chicago. He brings experience in serving clients in the public and private sectors for various valuation purposes, including financial  reporting, financing, and gift and estate planning, among others. In addition, he has a deep background in appraisal review from an audit standpoint.
