Background
Rick Hoffman is a Managing Director with over thirty years of experience providing consulting, expert witness, and business valuation services to clients involved in a very wide range of industries. Mr. Hoffman leads the national Litigation Support & Forensics practice for Marshall & Stevens. He joined Marshall & Stevens in 2023 with the acquisition of Lone Peak Valuation Group.
Mr. Hoffman works primarily in business valuation and litigation support, and has worked with calculating economic damages related to commercial litigation. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation and has hundreds of hours of additional training in the areas of valuation, litigation, and lost profit calculations. He has taught on the subject of damages and has testified in State Court, Federal Court, Arbitrations, and acted as Special Master.
