Previously, Mr. Snisky served as a Principal and Head of Business Development at Scouler & Company, a nationally recognized financial consulting and restructuring firm. There, he oversaw branding, market strategy, CRM development, and client sourcing efforts, building a national Rolodex of over 3,800 industry contacts, including lenders, law firms, and private equity firms. He played a critical role in expanding the firm’s presence in the middle-market turnaround and special situations space.
