Nate Kingsford

Mr. Kingsford specializes in complex assignments. These often involve legal matters that could lead to or are in litigation. Such matters include but are not limited to real estate damages, construction defects, property tax disputes, and foreclosure. His experience covers real estate markets including single-family homes, land, multifamily, student dormitories, residential, industrial, retail, commercial properties, and special-purpose properties such as professional sports arenas, football stadiums, and baseball parks.

Prior to joining Marshall & Stevens, Mr. Kingsford was a Commercial Appraiser within the Salt Lake County Assessor’s office. Prior to that he worked as an Appraiser and Consultant of residential real estate with Michael H. Christensen & Associates – Salt Lake City.
