Background

Mike Perez is a Director with Acuity Advisors, a Marshall & Stevens company.

With nearly 15 years of financial consulting experience, Mr. Perez is a strategy and execution leader on valuation and investment banking mandates. He works closely with company founders, private equity-owned portfolio companies, and executives at publicly traded companies in the technology, media and telecommunications, healthcare, semiconductors, industrials, food and retail, aerospace, and professional services industries.

His expertise includes valuations for ESOPs, financial and tax reporting, litigation support (where he has testified as an expert witness), and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he led the sale of an industrial distributor to an NYSE-listed company.

As a U.S. military veteran, Mr. Perez served in combat with the 25th Infantry Division during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.

He earned his BS in Finance from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
