Background

Mike Perez is a Director with 15 years of financial consulting experience as a strategy and execution leader on valuation and investment banking mandates. He joined and Marshall & Stevens in 2024 with the acquisition of Acuity Advisors.

Mike Perez works closely with company founders, private equity-owned portfolio companies, and executives at publicly traded companies in the technology, media and telecommunications, healthcare, semiconductors, industrials, food and retail, aerospace, and professional services industries.

His expertise includes valuations for ESOPs, financial and tax reporting, litigation support (where he has testified as an expert witness), and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he led the sale of an industrial distributor to an NYSE-listed company.

As a U.S. military veteran, Mr. Perez served in combat with the 25th Infantry Division during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.

He earned his BS in Finance from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
