Background
Matt Williams is a Vice President with more than a decade of experience working in financial valuation. He joined Marshall & Stevens in 2024 with the acquisition of Acuity Advisors.
Mr. Young works with business owners, management teams, and trustees in the execution of ESOP transactions, annual ESOP valuations, mergers & acquisitions, and other investment banking and valuation advisory services. His experience spans a broad range of industries including construction and engineering, retail, manufacturing, distribution and business services, among others.
Prior to joining Acuity, Mr. Young worked as an analyst and underwriter in the specialty finance division of a federally chartered bank in San Diego.
Mr. Young received his B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University.
