Background
Matt Williams is a Vice President with more than a decade of experience working in financial valuation. He joined Marshall & Stevens in 2024 with the acquisition of Acuity Advisors.
Mr. Williams is principally responsible for project leadership and execution on ESOP transactions, ESOP valuations, and other valuation advisory engagements and transactional mandates. He works closely with business owners, executives, trustees, and other adjacent professionals in project execution and the delivery of comprehensive financial opinions addressing valuation and fairness.
Mr. Williams brings particular industry expertise in architecture and engineering, construction, environmental consulting, hospitality, and retail. Across the scope of all investment banking and valuation advisory engagements, he has a keen ability to get to ask the right questions, get to the heart of an issue, and deliver advice in a clear, concise way.
Mr. Williams earned his BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from California State University, Fullerton.
