Luke Liakopoulos is a Managing Director for the Energy & Infrastructure Practice at Marshall & Stevens Incorporated. He is responsible for valuation of revenue generating assets, facilities, and businesses.

Mr. Liakopoulos’ experience includes the valuation of businesses, equity, intangible assets, and income producing assets. Analyses are provided for buy/sell consideration, financing, financial reporting, and tax reporting as well as fairness opinions, solvency opinions, and shareholder disputes.

He specializes in the valuation of asset intensive businesses such as conventional and renewable energy, manufacturing, shipping, and transportation.

Mr. Liakopoulos’ prior employment includes senior analytical and managerial positions in financial valuation and consulting practices at Alvarez & Marsal, Mesirow Financial Consulting, and Navigant Consulting. He started his valuation career in 1995 in the Financial Valuation & Consulting Practice of Marshall & Stevens.

Mr. Liakopoulos earned a Bachelor of Science, Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from DePaul University.
