Background

Jacob Sieve is a Senior Associate with 15 years of experience providing real estate valuation, real estate appraisal, and litigation support services. He joined Marshall and Stevens in 2023 with the acquisition of Value Consulting Group. He works primarily in real estate valuation.   

Mr. Sieve has worked on eminent domain, portfolio analysis, and financing assignments.  Jacob has expertise valuing property types including retail, industrial, office, multifamily, student housing, and vacant land among others.   

At Marshall & Stevens, Jacob prepares commercial real estate valuations and appraisals related to marital dissolution, estate planning, management planning, and conservation easements.  Responsibilities include economic and industry research, preparation of real estate appraisals, appraisal review and other valuation services.
