Gavin L. Harris

Gavin Harris is a Director with over twenty-five years of experience in calculating economic damages and lost profits, cash tracing, insolvency analysis, profitability calculations, and shareholder disputes. He joined Marshall & Stevens in 2023, with the acquisition of Rocky Mountain Advisory. He works primarily in forensic accounting and litigation support.

Over his 25 years of experience, Mr. Harris has served as the testifying expert in a variety of disputes. He has also been appointed and served as a Receiver. Mr. Harris has testified in state and Federal courts multiple times. He has extensive experience providing expert reports for litigation, and he has performed as an expert witness in a wide variety of cases.
