Danielle L. D’Andrea

Danielle D’Andrea is an Associate with Marshall & Stevens. She works primarily in business development.

Ms. D’Andrea joined Marshall & Stevens in 2024. She works with clients and their trusted advisors to provide valuation solutions to assist them with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, wealth transfer, recapitalizations, and insurance placement.

Prior to working at Marshall and Stevens, Ms. D’Andrea worked as a Territory Manager at Priority1, where she specialized in executive-level sales. Ms. D’Andrea earned an M.B.A. from the University of La Verne with a concentration in Management and Leadership and a B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University. During her time there, Dani played Water Polo competitively for both SDSU and ULV.
