Amber Gould

Amber Gould is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Marshall & Stevens.

Amber joined Marshall & Stevens after almost five years in senior Human Resources positions at Ingram Micro. During her tenure at Ingram, she spent most of her time redesigning sales, solutions, and services business models, focusing on high growth, rapid change, and organizational alignment. Most recently, Amber has been overseeing HR and Transformation for the Global Operations, Logistics, Sourcing, and Engineering Division, managing a workforce of over 10,000 employees across 34 countries and five continents.

Prior to Ingram, Amber served in HR roles at Newegg, Advantage Solutions, Western Dental, CIRCOR International, Nobel Biocare, and Shea Homes. She serves as an Adjunct Instructor at University of California, Irvine, Division of Continuing Education since 2017.

Amber earned a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and both an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Fullerton.
