Greg Manos leads complex engagements for domestic and international companies, investors and trusted advisors. Services provided include transaction advisory, fairness opinions, financial modeling and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, financing and recapitalization, as well as financial and tax reporting.

His industry focuses have been energy, infrastructure, metals and mining.

His experience with energy includes work for utilities, IPPs, developers and sponsors spanning conventional and renewable energy generation, from oil, gas, cogeneration, and coal, to solar, wind, and geothermal. Project finance transaction analyses include tax equity investment, transferability, and leasing, cost segregation and IRC 1060.

Experience

Mr. Manos is a senior M&A, corporate finance, and valuation leader with more than 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500 and middle-market clients on transactions and financial reporting matters.

Early in his career, he worked in corporate banking and financial analysis, developing a strong foundation in credit analysis and financial modeling. In addition to his technical expertise, he is recognized for mentoring professionals and contributing to industry best practices.

Prior to joining Marshall & Stevens, he held senior leadership roles at Houlihan Lokey, Alvarez & Marsal, and Duff & Phelps, where he led valuation and advisory engagements for a diverse range of clients.
