Strategic Valuation Advisory for Premier Property Investors: Fashion Island Hotel for Irvine Company

The valuation of the 20-story, 295-room Fashion Island Hotel by Marshall & Stevens was requested by Irvine Company for buy/sell consideration purposes.

Eagle Four Partners, a private equity firm whose hotel and resort portfolio includes the 532-room Newport Beach Marriott Hotel near Fashion Island, and the Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach, acquired the Fashion Island Hotel from Irvine Company.

Irvine Company closed the Fashion Island Hotel in spring 2020 in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

The property is expected to reopen in 2023.
