Craig Tompkins serves on our internal Fairness Opinion and Solvency Opinion committees.
Mr. Tompkins is a retired partner of the international law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He has more than 30 years of experience as a specialist in corporate and finance law.
Mr. Tompkins has served as an officer and director of various publicly traded companies, including companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ Market Place. He previously served as vice chairman of Craig Corporation, vice chairman of the Reading Company, vice chairman of Citadel Holding Corporation, and chairman of the audit and strategic planning committees for G&L Realty. Mr. Tompkins has also served as an advisory director to GWA Capital, a hedge fund specializing in activist shareholder investing. He currently serves as General Counsel of Reading International, Inc.
Mr. Tompkins earned his B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Claremont McKenna College. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School where he also graduated Magna Cum Laude.
