Catherine Gu is a Senior Director within the Real Estate Valuation Practice for Marshall & Stevens Incorporated. Catherine leads a team of analysts in the valuation of properties across the US.

Ms. Gu provides real estate valuation analyses for financial institutions, private equity funds, investors, and corporate owner users.  Analyses are utilized for financing, financial reporting, tax planning and reporting. Property types valued include commercial and industrial, datacenters, hospitality and gaming, multifamily and student housing, office, restaurants, retail, and vacant land.

Ms. Gu holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Tourism Management with a concentration in Hotel Development from New York University. She holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New York, California, Maryland, Georgia, Washington State and Washington DC.
