Marshall & Stevens 90th Anniversary!
Greetings!
Anyone who has been part of a new business knows that the odds of making it 90 years are not great. In February 1932, during the Great Depression, Earl P. Marshall founded Marshall Valuation Services. Robert W. Stevens joined Marshall a few years later and the company was renamed Marshall and Stevens. This month, we begin a year-long celebration of the 90th anniversary of our company.
When I think back over my 39 years with Marshall & Stevens, my memories start with the people, then move on to the significant and interesting assignments, the achievements, the challenges, and the way our industry has matured and changed.
All businesses succeed, or not, because of people, our employees, clients, and referral sources. A significant percentage of our employees have been with us for decades, the same is true for our clients and referral sources. No matter how much time you have been a part of our family, I thank you for your role in making Marshall & Stevens what it is today.
The past two years have been challenging but like our named founders, we fought through the obstacles in front of us and have come out better than when we started. It is my passion to see us continue growing this company, meeting new achievements, and reaching new levels of success in 2022 and the years to come.
