Job Title: Valuations Admin (Part-Time)
Location: New York Office, Empire State Building – (Onsite: Tuesday – Thursday)
Hourly Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Schedule: 24 hours per week

What This Role Will Do
As a Valuations Admin, you’ll support the team by handling various administrative tasks, organizing meetings, and contributing to our business tracking efforts. You’ll work independently to maintain accurate records and will be instrumental in supporting our staff utilization and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administrative Support: Set up and coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and provide day-to-day office support for the valuations team.
· Data Tracking: Utilize Excel to track team hours and billable utilization, track all outgoing report transmittals to clients, finalize and organize engagement agreements and other client related agreements, determine billable projects on a bi-monthly basis to invoice, and ensure timely reporting of data requests from our Los Angeles HQ.
· Report Management: Maintain organized client files, keeping them updated and ensuring a standardized folder structure across all clients.
· Audits and Quality Control: Conduct audits of completed work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Sales Support Tasks: Assist with select sales support activities as needed, including preparing materials and handling customer outreach efforts.
