Chris Kramer, CFA, ASA, Managing Director, founded Acuity Advisors in 1995. He works primarily with business owners seeking to bring about ownership transition or otherwise monetize the value of their company.
Chase Hoover, CFA is a Managing Director with Acuity Advisors. He is principally responsible for project leadership and execution on mergers & acquisitions, ESOP transactions and valuations, and other transactional mandates. Chase joined Acuity in 2015.
