PRACTICE:                 Cost Segregation

Founded in 1932, Marshall & Stevens is an independent multidiscipline valuation firm. We hire professionals who are driven to success, enjoy analytics, and prioritize client service.

Our Cost Segregation practice provides cost segregation analyses to a diverse portfolio of investors and companies.  Most of our work is referred to us by attorneys, accountants, investors, and past clients who rely on the quality and integrity of our analyses.

Marshall & Stevens has practices in Financial, Machinery & Equipment, and Real Estate Valuation, Dispute Resolution and Litigation Support, Healthcare, and Energy & Infrastructure. Several of our recent experienced hires are audit firm alumni who are seeking a different professional experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience performing cost segregation analyses from site inspection to asset pricing, analytics and report writing.  Experience reading blueprints and a book of business/client relationships are a plus.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required. A professional designation, certification or a Master’s degree is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS: Legal US citizen or resident – must be permitted to work and travel in the US without the need for a sponsor.

Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills and the ability to commute or travel to one of our offices and to perform site inspections.

STATUS: Exempt

LOCATIONS: We have offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and Tampa and have hired employees outside these cities.

COMPENSATION: Salary range is $80,000 – $200,000 annually depending upon experience.

Bonuses are paid quarterly.
