Monthly sales volume from 2020 to 2021 has increased for Hotels, Self-Storage and Multi-Family and Property Portfolios. The other sectors are showing declines from 2020 to 2021.
Investment in US Shopping Center, Class A Industrial and Class A Gateway City Office are well below levels seen in 2020.
